CY Plastics Works has 14 injection molding presses beginning with our Boy 22
Ton 1.2 oz. shot machines for economical production of your small
components up to our Sandretto 425 Ton 44 oz. machine.
We employ a team of four very experienced process technicians and can
injection mold virtually any of today's engineered thermoplastic resins such as
Nylon, Acetal, Isoplast, Polyester, Ryton, Kynar (PVDF), ABS, Polycarbonate
and Tefzel (ETFE). We utilize scientific molding techniques to ensure
consistent results, within specification.
We routinely run a broad range of both manual and automated tools. Our
operators are carefully trained to support a wide variety of insert molding and
molds using hand loaded cores. For higher volume runs we can utilize a
robotic sprue picker to increase productivity.
We specialize in low to medium production runs and pride ourselves on our
ability to produce your plastic parts in the quantities that you need, not the
quantities that we want to run.
All parts are professionally packaged and labeled for shipment to you or direct
to your customer. Bar coding is no problem!
